After a centuries-long civil war, a relative peace has fallen across the lands. Stretching from the rocky crags of the Krasna Mountains to the dark and foreboding Juliette forests, the lands of Emperor Fara ki’rar limiel are marked by a golden age of peace and stability. The autonomy of dukes, princes, counts, bishops and so on was tempered by a series of civil wars, power struggles, duals and diplomatic maneuvers. The elven aristocracy has been called to heel by the Emperor, and his court in the capital city of Parvish is renown for lavish ceremonies, high fashion and an expensive art culture.
